He is also co-author of The Dynamic Enterprise: Tools for turning Chaos into Strategy and Strategy into Action.
Vivek Bhaskaran is a co-founder of IdeaScale: he plays a key role in defining the company strategy and using technology and innovation continuously to maintain its leadership in the industry. He has played a pivotal role in the IdeaScale journey. Vivek completed his primary education in India before moving to Russia and then the US. He holds a B.S. in computer science from Brigham Young University, Utah.
Pat Younge is the Founder and Director of WeCreate Associates, a consultancy launched in January 2014 that focuses on creative leadership, innovation and technology. Before launching the consultancy Younge spent four years as Chief Creative Officer of BBC Television Production.Prior to that he was President/General Manager of Travel Channel Media, an award winning US cable business in 90 million American homes.
